People say I'm:

Quiet, introverted.. Though that would technically be the same thing, wouldn't it? Some say that I'm talented, but those are the ones that don't know me that well. lol, I love them for it, though. Nice, most of the time.
Describe Yourself:

I'm back on Gather after a long time away, don't know if I'll stick to it, though. I'm still writing, though not as much as I used to if I'm completely honest. Maybe Gather will remotivate me.

Unfortunately, I never did get around to creating Scattered Pieces of Mind, life got in the way and it sort of got pushed aside. Again, maybe Gather will remotivate me.

I am an aspiring young writer.. I've just recently started writing short stories, Pink and White Flowers got me hooked on writing.

I wish that in school my teachers had been more supportive and allowed me to stray out of the bounds of "writing prompts." Those really killed the whole writing experience for me. Ah well, better a bit late than never, right?
On Gather, I'm Looking For ...:

Any type of feedback I could possibly get would be lov-a-lee.. I also love reading the many other talented writers' contributions to the site.

Anything that wont give me a headache. If I listed my favorite bands, I'd probably get hate mail. :-P

Books- Harry Potter, Holes, Interview with a Vampire, Eragon, I know why the Caged Bird Sings, Circle of Magic, The Dark Side of Nowhere, short stories, the list goes on.. Authors- Stephen King, Anne Rice, J K Rowling

I like the occasional mindless comedy now and then, but I'm really into movies with a deeper meaning.. You know? Like Donnie Darko, or Rendition for example.

The living room, writing at my computer when it's dead quiet. Well, except for the dog's occasional grunting and farting. And the boyfriend's occasional grunting and farting.

I have been enjoying your comments on the Slushpile contest. You might be interested in checking out the group called the Writin Wombats. We are all writers, and we have been hoilding a continuous conversation about writing and life for well over a year now, using over 175 different articles with 300 to 400 comments on each.
